In accordance with Act 2025-383, the Alabama Builds website is maintained by the Alabama Department of Finance. Awarding Authorities who are required to advertise in
newspapers can increase transparency, expand competition, and coordinate bid openings for their public works projects by also posting their advertisement on this site. The
information is entered as it was provided by the awarding authority, and the Department of Finance is not responsible for any mistakes or omissions. If you have questions,
